Accompanying person is not entitled to attend the conference.
He/She may choose to attend the Welcome Reception, chargeable at SGD 40.00

Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received prior 4 September 2009 will receive a full refund less a SGD 120.00 administration charge.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 4 September 2009.
Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.
